The Breitling Navitimer B19 Chronograph 43 Perpetual Calendar Japan Limited RB19201A1A1P1 debuted in 2025 as the first Japan-exclusive model to feature the brand’s in-house perpetual calendar chronograph movement. The case, crafted from 18k red gold, measures 43mm across and 15.62mm thick. It is fitted with a bidirectional bezel with circular slide rule, a domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating, and a sapphire crystal case back. Water resistance is specified at 3 bar. The dial is mother-of-pearl, displaying the perpetual calendar with moon phase indication. It is paired with a black alligator strap and 18k red gold pin buckle. Production was limited to 20 pieces. This watch is powered by the self-winding Caliber B19, a manufacture movement operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offering a power reserve of approximately 96 hours.
