The Glashütte Original SeaQ 1-39-11-10-70-06 debuted in 2021 as part of the updated bi-colour lineup, distinguished by the introduction of a sapphire crystal case back—a notable development over the previously available solid case back variant. It features a 39.50 mm case in stainless steel with a solid yellow gold bezel, and is paired here with a black rubber strap secured by a stainless steel pin buckle. This reference retains the SeaQ’s hallmark design elements, including a galvanic blue sunray dial with gold-plated applied numerals and indexes, as well as yellow gold hands—all filled with white Super-LumiNova for optimal legibility. A unidirectional rotating bezel in solid yellow gold is fitted with a blue ceramic insert, featuring engraved markings filled with white lacquer. A date window is located at 3 o’clock.
