IW5002-03

The IWC Big Pilot's Watch 5002 was introduced in 2002 as the first Big Pilot. True to its name, it features a case with a diameter of 46.2mm. It was available in either stainless steel or platinum, the latter with either blue or black dial. The first versions are powered by caliber 5011 (2002-2003), this was later updated to 50110 (2003-2005) and eventually 51110 (2005-2006) and 51111 (2006).
