Description

The MB&F Space One SP1.PL.B debuted in 2025 as one of the inaugural models of the new Special Projects collection. It introduces a compact 38mm case design—MB&F’s smallest and slimmest to date—crafted in either platinum or 18k rose gold. The watch’s defining feature is its three-part architectural layout, with the barrel, balance wheel, and inclined time display appearing to float in mid-air under sapphire domes. This gravity-defying composition is achieved through a refined manual-wind movement developed in-house, offering 72 hours of power reserve and finished to haute horlogerie standards. The inclined black DLC dial at 6 o’clock employs conical gearing and is flanked by a prominent free-sprung balance wheel oscillating at 2.5 Hz, and a suspended mainspring barrel—each forming one of three identically sized circles.
