The Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar ref. 5159 features an officer-style case with hinged dust-cover protecting the sapphire crystal caseback. Its movement, caliber 324 S QR, features central seconds, a perpetual calendar with retrograde date hand and a moonphase indicator. The present example has a rose gold case and a opaline silver dial. Version 5159R-001 was added to the collection in 2007.
