The Patek Philippe 5160/500R-001 is an updated version of the 5160R-001; now powered by caliber 26-330 S QR. The dial center, bezel, case middle, crown, hinged cover and lugs, as well as the fold-over clasp and strap screws are adorned with richly hand-engraved decoration composed of volutes and foliage inspired by a pocket watch from the Patek Philippe Museum.
