The name is a reference to the original (1971) A3818's appearance on the cover of 'Zenith: Swiss Watch Manufacture since 1865' by Manfred Rossler. This watch has a forged carbon case paired with a PVD-coated titanium case back. The forged carbon dial has Hindu-Arabic markings.
